Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes are not allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

• All booking fees for treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Booking fees secure your appointment and are redeemable on the day of treatment. If treatment is not received, a $100 fee will be charged for the consultation.

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Medical Treatment Conditions

For your safety, certain treatments may not be suitable if any of the following apply:

• You are under 18 years of age.

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• You have an active infection, illness, or open lesion (e.g., cold sore) in the treatment area.

• You have had previous treatments in the area that may affect safety or outcomes.

• Your treating clinician determines that the treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Your practitioner will discuss suitability, potential risks, and alternative options during your consultation to ensure the safest and most effective approach for your individual needs.
