Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes are not allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

• All booking fees for treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Booking fees secure your appointment and are redeemable on the day of treatment. If treatment is not received, a $100 fee will be charged for the consultation.

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Medical Treatment Conditions

Our medical treatments have specific contraindications. Treatment will be declined if any of the following apply:

• You are under the age of 18

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding

• You are sick or have a cold sore

• Treatment is deemed unnecessary

• You have had prior treatments that are improperly placed or overfilled

• You arrive more than 15 minutes late, requiring rescheduling; in this case, deposits are non-refundable
