Changes & cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations or changes are not allowed within two days of the appointment; insufficient notice results in forfeiture of your deposit.

Booking fees

Booking fees secure your appointment and are redeemable on the day of treatment. The clinic's current policy states that booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Consultation fee

If treatment is not received, a $100 consultation fee applies under the clinic's current booking policy.

CARE BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION

Your care.

Your practitioner will review your concerns and medical history, assess suitability, and discuss potential risks and alternative options with you.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for people under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is an active infection, illness or an open lesion in the treatment area. Previous treatment may also affect suitability.

If you are unsure, contact the clinic before booking. Your treating clinician will determine whether treatment is appropriate.
